CHESS - Revised Broadway Script (Concert Adaptation) Hey, all! So all the recent Chess talk has got me wanting to tidy up one of the recent entries into –this is a concert adaptation of the Broadway script to Chess that’s sort of a mix between the Broadway and London versions of the show. Basically, this script utilizes the Broadway structure while importing more of the London songs. Act I is now essentially through-composed, and while Act II is still very scene heavy, the spoken material has been on the whole reduced in favor of sung material. This also forms the basis of an upcoming new take on my revised Broadway script, which will hopefully be up here soon (that one will be much more book-heavy, but many of the more salient changes here will be there as well).
